Application Process

Standardized Tests:

Generally universities in Germany don’t ask for a pre-requisite exam to test your ability in English Proficiency unless your schooling is not in English medium. So some universities may ask for English proficiency test TOEFL or IELTS.
GMAT score is required if your applying for MBA school.

Step by Step Procedure for Application Process:

1. Identifying the area and course of interset .
2. Fill in the application form and send to desired department address including

  • SOP
  • RESUME
  • Recommendation Letters
  • Official score cards to be sent by ETS (gre/toefl)
  • letter from bank stating that student has enough funds for higher education
  • Mark sheets of all academic certificates
  • Affidavit of financial help (support by their parents)
  • Extracurricular activities certificates

3. Wait for the decision to be made by the university. It might vary from university to university to issue an admission.
4. Submit your applications before 15th Jan for studies beginning in spring semester April).
5. Submit your applications before 15th July for studies beginning in fall semester September).

Estimated Cost :

All education in Germany is FREE OF COST, i.e., there are no tuition fees, not even for international students. Nominal amount approximately ranges between 35-60 Euros per semester. The standard of living in Germany is high. A student should expect his/her monthly expenses to range between 600-650 Euros. For Indian Rupees, it comes to about 4 lakhs per annum.
